Today was a good day. We took Ayden to see his first movie in the theater, "How to Train a Dragon". He had a birthday party with the family and got some cool tools, trucks, puzzles and more.

Eggs...

We invited Morgan and Ayden's cousins, Kodiak and Kalsin, over to color Easter Eggs. We all had so much fun, even though it was a little crazy with four kids wanting to splash the eggs in the dye.

Planting Seeds

For a Family Home Evening activity we planted some Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds. Morgan was all about getting her hands dirty and playing in the dirt. Ayden on the other hand did not want to get dirty.

After we were done Morgan kept looking at them waiting for them to grow.

This is 3 weeks later.

Hardware Ranch

We were feeling a little "cooped -up" in the house so we decided to go spend the night in Logan, UT. We went to Hardware Ranch and saw the Elk. The sleigh ride around them was fun and the kids LOVED it.

This was the first time the kids have stayed over night in a hotel. They thought it was so much fun. We went and bought a movie and popped popcorn. Morgan called it our "Home-tel".

This is when we were leaving and the kids were rolling their suitcases onto the elevator. Ayden of course wanted to push all the buttons and did ring the bell once. Also whenever we were walking down the hall to our room, Ayden would have to try to open all the doors on the way. Oh, I bet the people in those rooms loved us.
